Since most of the comments I’ve gotten have been insulting capslock screeds on how horribly inauthentic my recipes are (I’ve never claimed any of them to be authentic to anything) and I’m not really vested enough in foodblogging to put in the effort to post recipes just to get shrieked at, I will be deleting this shortly.
I have taught myself to cook from cookbooks, and I don’t always have time to follow many steps, or access to all the ingredients. Sometimes I cook from what’s in my kitchen because I don’t want to go to the store. None of that is going to change, and since I’m not updating this blog anymore, I don’t particularly want to get random flames from it.
